2458297 - Record Learning - Financial "for credit" status removal

The "For credit" status reference should be removed from the LMS record learning financial.

1. Users run the Record - learning financials and there is no option to disable the "credit" status.

This is as per design.

1. Navigate to LMS -> References -> Learning -> Completion Status and identify the completion status in question.
   
   
   
   
2. The option that is available is only to either give or not to give credit.
   
   

In the Record Learning - Financial, it is not possible to completely remove the "For credit" options. This will lead to a situation where the Administrators will not be able to identify which users have to be given credit.

Ideally the Status is "<Status label> <Description> - For credit".
