In case of Unexpected System Behavior / Error Message:
- What is the error message.
- Workcenter and view for the reported issue.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Affected Employee IDs as examples to analyze the issue.
- What is the current system behavior?
- Whatis the expected system behavior?
- What are the changes performed for the affected Employee IDs?
- Specific Business Configurations or Settings in the system with respect to the expected behavior.
- Attach screenshots for error screen and related settings.
- Business Impact of this issue in your company.
- Permission to reproduce the issue.
