Reproducing the Issue
- Hire a Future Dated Employee.
- Navigate to their Profile and make any change to any field in Biographical Information
- Receive an Application Error
This issue is caused by a validation issue if "Enable National ID Validations" is enables in "Company System and Logo Settings" in Admin Centre.
The engineering team have confirmed a Fix for this issue in the b1705 release.
- If changes to any Biographical Information for future hires, you can disable the deep Validations
"National Id Validations" switch from the Admin Centre (Navigation : Admin Center - > Company System and logo settings -> disable National id validations). Once this is disabled they can maintain the data for biographical information and if needed can again enable the validation after saving.
- Alternatively you can:
1.Delete the National ID in the employee profile
2.Enter the data required in Biographical information. Data will save without any error message.
3.Enter the National ID again. Save it.
