2458514 - Error while configuring benefits section

Symptom

Getting below error while configuring benefit section:

"To proceed, import the predefined template from SMP or SuccessStore Once you import the template, you can customize the list of available benefit sections. Note: This is a one-time activity. Modifications or customization of benefit sections can't be undone."

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to admin center---->Configure sections for benefits---->Below error pops up

Cause

Benefits section package is not imported.

Resolution

  1. Go to admin centre > import and export data
  2. select import data in the drop down
  3. click on success store
  4. select the radio button for Predefined Benefits Sections  and click on import.
