2458515 - Requisition Item not in order when creating PO from PR

Symptom

When creating a Purchase Order from a Purchase Requisition using the 'Drag and Drop to Shopping Cart' from the Document Overview, you notice that the ordering of 'Requisn Item' (Requisition Item) is not sequential.

Instead of '10, 20, 30, 40', you notice that it is out of sequence: '40, 20, 10, 30'.
