Symptom

  1. Console log shows failed to load U5 component for navigation intent #WorkflowTask-display?allitems=true - TypeError: Cannot read property '' of undefined sap.ushell.renders.fiori2.Shell.controller
  2. Click on My Inbox tile and error message displayed "Could not open app." Please Try Again.
