Symptom
- You have created a system in the Select Data Source dialog box by clicking "Create New SAP HANA Connection".
- After that, you want to find the file which stores local SAP HANA connections so that you can distribute it to all users' PC instead of creating the connections on each PC.
Environment
SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office
Resolution
- The connections are stored in: C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Roaming\SAP AG\SAP BusinessObjects Advanced Analysis\InaSystems.xml
For example:

<AuthenticationType>BASIC</AuthenticationType>
</SystemInfo>
- You can also add a new entry or modify the entries in this file, the modification will be reflected to the Select Data Source dialog box.
- You can copy this file to other PCs and replace the old one, the systems defined in it will be displayed in the Select Data Source dialog box.
