You want to define number range for Service Quotes.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Business Configuration work center.
- Go to Implenmentation view.
- Click Open Activity List.
You expect to find Number Ranges for Service Quotes as well in the selection list.
Resolution
Currently the numbering for Sales Quotes, Service Quotes and Quotes for Contracts are shared with a single number range and cannot be configured separately.
