2458760 - Not Able To Select Question In First Implementation Project

You want to answer a question available in the Questions option of you Implementation Project. You see that the checkbox against the question is grayed out.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Navigate to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant project.
4. Choose the button Edit Project Scope.
5. Navigate to the Questions tab and traverse to the question you want to answer.

You see that the checkbox against the question is grayed out.

You have not scoped the configuration element which enables the question in the Project.

For eg: You are not able to answer the question "Your service engineers will be able to pick spare parts from warehouses for service orders." You have not scoped the business configuration element 'Pick-Up' available in the Scoping chevron of your implementation project.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Navigate to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant project.
4. Choose the button Edit Project Scope.
5. Choose the Next button until you reach the Scoping tab.
6. Navigate to the scoping element relevant to your question; In case of the example mentioned traverse to Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics and select Outbound Logistics. You will see the option 'Pick-Up', select it.
7. Review and Confirm the Implementation Project.

You will be able to answer the relevant question after performing the above steps.
