2458816 - Using XML with reference to XSD in SOAP Receiver channel under SAP Cloud Platform Integration

Symptom

In SAP Cloud Platform Integration, you are using SOAP receiver channel to consume a SOAP service.
In this SOAP receiver channel, you are using a WSDL, which has reference to an XSD file.
The iFlow (artifact) fails to start, and in tail log you can find an error similar to below one:

Reason: org.apache.camel.RuntimeCamelException: javax.wsdl.WSDLException: WSDLException (at /wsdl:definitions/wsdl:types/xsd:schema[1]): faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Problem parsing '[XXXX].xsd'.: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/sap/ljs/[XXXX].xsd (No such file or directory)
