2458828 - BPC-NW:Import file over 40000 rows fails to upload

Symptom

When we try to upload a file with over 40000 rows (example: 44000 rows), the import fails and the following error is displayed in Data Manager log:

"Task name CONVERT:
No 1 Round:
Start routine is called in convert
An exception with the type CX_SY_STRUCT_COMP_NAME occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause
Component Name 'xxxx.xx' of the Component 3 Contains an Invalid Character"
