2458898 - Email Notification to Mentor, Apprentice Supervisor and HOD

Once share apprentice plan with onsite supervisor and apprentice, it is required to share the plan with Mentor, HOD and Apprentice supervisor with email notification.

Employee Central: Apprentice Management

As of now it is not possible to share apprentice plan with HOD, Mentor, Apprentice Supervisor. Now we have only option to share with Onsite supervisor and apprentice.

Apprentice Management -> Select Plan -> Apprentice Group -> Select All -> Share Plan.

Enhancement request is required to be raised from customer end.
