After sharing apprentice plan, apprentice should be able to view their own plan but they are not able to view now.

Employee Central: Apprentice Management
Resolution
After proxy to any Apprentice you will be not able to view the apprentice management option.
If you have to view the apprentice calendar, you can search in Apprentice’s name in the search box in the Apprentice Home page.
