SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Access menu Content Administration→KM Content and select one document. Then click menu "Selection" and choose option "Download items as ZIP" to download file. You find file name is garbled in downloaded zip file. This issue happen to document using special language like Asia language (Japanese/Chinese) as file name. For pure English file name, this issue does not happen.
