Symptom

  • SAP SuccessFactors Succession MDF Position Sync completed successfully; however the position title doesn't show on Succession Org Chart v12 for instances with only English UK locale.
  • The title is present in the employee data file and the MDF Position Sync completes successfully to sync title to Succession Org Chart, but no title shows on Succession Org Chart v12.
