2459181 - Succession Org Chart Visibility Permission Missing in RBP

Symptom

  • The Succession Org Chart Permission missing in Role-Based permissions.
  • The Succession Org Chart is not visible under the Succession tab.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Admin Center
  2. Under Set User Permissions, click on 'Manage Permission Roles'
  3. Click on Succession Planners and notice the permission needed to enable Succession Org Chart is missing:

Cause

The required Succession Org Chart options are not enabled in the backend (Provisioning).

Resolution

  1. Reach out to an Implementation Partner to request they enable 'Ultra Organization Chart' in the backend, as below:

  1. After Ultra Organization Chart is enabled, you should be able to access "Succession Org Chart Permission" in RBP:
