What is the expected behavior of the following LMS to JAM integrated Gamification Actions?

  • LMS_ITEM_RATED
  • LMS_ITEM_SHARED

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • JAM Integrated Gamification

Resolution

LMS_ITEM_RATED:

  • Each time the same user rates the same item, the rating is updated
  • The rating is not counted more than once

LMS_ITEM_SHARED:

  • Repeated Sharing of an Item by the same user is not considered new or separate and is only counted once
