2459297 - UNAUTHORIZED and RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE errors from Performance Monitor

When accessing Performance Monitor from Runtime Workbench (RWB) or PI Monitor (PIMON), after clicking in Start button you get the following error:
Message(s): -1.): Connection to Integration Server Lost -2.): Error class com.sap.aii.proxy.framework.core.BaseProxyException: Exception condition "UNAUTHORIZED" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE
