2459404 - How to disable the download dialog in IE when opening AO workbooks from BI Launchpad

Symptom

When opening an AO workbook in BI Launchpad with IE 9 and above (IE 10, IE 11, etc), a download dialog is displayed in the bottom of the page with the message "Do you want to open or save xxx.sapaox (xx bytes) from xxx?" as below:

However, your expectation is that the AO workbook is opened directly after clicking the file name in BI Launchpad, without the download dialog.

For some reasons, the "Always ask before opening this type of file" is missing in the context menu, it might be caused by the security settings of the IE or windows, please contact your administrator or Microsoft for details.
