2459539 - S&OP Operator fails with error: Invalid value for key figure XXXX for combination .Negative values are not allowed

Symptom

You are running SCM (S&OP) operator and it fails with errors similar to the below ones:

Invalid value for key figure XXXX for combination XXXX-  -  -  -  -  - XXXX-  -  - XXXX - -XXXX. Negative values are not allowed.

Negative value -xxx is not allowed for key figure XXXX.

Example of error : "Invalid value for key figure INITIALINVENTORY for combination 007721 - - - 03 - - - - - - 1088 - -3.000000: Negative value is not allowed"
