SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2459594 - Error ME006 does not display when two users edit the same PO - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA.

Symptom

  • When two users edit one PO at the same time, Error Message ME006:"User xxx already processing Purchase order xxxxxx." should display, but it does not display in your case.
  • Message ME006 only displays in the bottom of PO screen. It isn't listed in the message dialog box after CHECK button is clicked.
  • Message ME006 not issued when editing PO in Multiple GUI sessions.
