2459717 - Wrong determination of SPF entries

Customer seeing this error in their mail server logs :"The domain XXXXXXXX.com has published an SPF policy, however, an error occurred while the receiving mail server tried to evaluate the policy:Included domain 'prodmail012a.successfactors.eu' has no applicable sender policy"

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

The DNS TXT records contains the following clause: " include:prodmail012a.successfactors.eu include:prodmail012b.successfactors.eu "

We do not have TXT record for prodmail012a.successfactors.eu and prodmail012b.successfactors.eu in our DNS, they are A records instead.

Customer can update their DNS TXT record and replace following clauses:

" include:prodmail012a.successfactors.eu include:prodmail012b.successfactors.eu "

• into

  : " include:_spf-[dc#].sapsf.eu " and try sending emails again. 

NOTE: [DC#] is the data center number; ex: dc55 or dc12
