2459731 - Monthly payComponent and Annualized Salary are equal in salary details.

Under the compensation information section you have a field called "Annual Salary" that displays the annual compensation for the employee, in this field there is an Icon "?" where you click to see the details about what is part of this annual salary.

Your are seeing that when you click in this icon you can see the pay components that is part of this employee's remuneration which is monthly but the value displayed is the annual sum, please refer to the image below to get the context.

You can observe the same behavior if you have the Total Compensation History dashboard.

SAP - successFactors - Employee Central - All Versions

The employee has a pay component called which is monthly.

This pay component was set as 35.000 ARS monthly.

In the compensation information you can see the field Annual Salary and there is a icon "?" to details what values are considered in this annual salary.

If you click on this icon you'll see that the pay component appears over there but instead of  35.000 ARS I have 420.000 ARS same value as Annual Salary.

Expected behavior.

This is expected since these values are based on the pay component group which always make an Annual sum of the pay components and the reason why both have the same value is because Annual Salary is the only one pay component which defines this employee remuneration.

EG: If instead of only Base Salary this employees remuneration is composed by Base Salary A 30.000 ARS, Base Salary B 5.000 ARS I would have in Compensation information the following values:

Base Salary A: 360.000 ARS

Base Salary B: 60.000 ARS

Annual Salary: 420.000 ARS.
