Symptom
While querying CompoundEmployee API Data through the Employee Delta Export spreadsheet, some data changes appear to be missing for the selected period.
For example: A Supervisor has changed since "New Report Start Date" from "SupervisorA" to "SupervisorB" and then back to "SupervisorA" at the time when the report is executed, but this change is not shown in the report.

Reproducing the Issue
- Download the Employee Delta Export and the Excel Add-In from Admin Centre [For further details please refer to KBA 2358156 - How to query data using the MS Excel Add-In from Successfactors]
- Download and install the Excel Add-In and open the Employee Delta Export
- Enter the relevant parameters related to connection settings [For further details please refer to KBA 2358156 - How to query data using the MS Excel Add-In from Successfactors]
- Click on Get Data
- Notice that all the changes are not captured
Cause
The delta calculation compares the information on the "New Report Start Date" and the one that is configured at that time the report is executed.
In the aforementioned example, a Supervisor has changed since "New Report Start Date" from "SupervisorA" to "SupervisorB" and then back to "SupervisorA" at the time when the report is executed- This change will not be shown in the report because when comparing the information from "New Report Start Date" with the time the report is executed, the start value for Supervisor is the same as the end value, therefore this change is not being shown.
Resolution
This is an expected behaviour.
