Symptom
When you install SAP IQ 16.0 on Windows, Python files which have zero byte file size are installed.
C:\>dir /S C:\SAP\IQ-16_0\SDK\Python
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is D123-456E
Directory of C:\SAP\IQ-16_0\SDK\Python
