2460036 - Change attribute to initial using BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS

Symptom

When updating result record using BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS, we can not change attribute (field RES_ATTR) from invalid (/) to valid (blank), while it is possible in online transaction code e.g. QE51N etc.
