2460125 - Dashboard: Portfolio/Bucket/Item name field shows the ID instead of Name

Symptom

In the Bucket-Dashboard the "External ID" of the bucket is shown in place of the "Bucket Name". When opening the bucket in detail the "Bucket Name" is filled correct. This systembehaviour can also be replicated in the Item- and Portfolio-Dashboard.
