You try to hire an employee in "Manage Pending Hires" who comes from OnBoarding and you detect one/some of the following problems:

- There is missing data that already exists in the employee such as account number or payment type

- You receive an error when you select a main payment type or when you do not enter the account number

Not all data in the already existing entry in the system is being propagated to the "Manage Pending Hires".

As a workaround please:

1. Do not enter payment information data, do this by deleting the block with the trash button.
   
   
2. Enter payment information data later when the user is already hired.

This way you avoid the error and can hire the employee normally.
