2460168 - Pixel Perfect Talent Card Permission Missing from Role Based Permissions

Symptom

  • SAP SuccessFactors Pixel Perfect Talent Card permission is not available under Reports in Role-based Permissions (RBP)
  • How to grant access to Pixel Perfect Talent Card/BIRT template

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center
  2. Under Set User Permissions click on 'Manage Permission Roles'
  3. Under Reports section, no PPTC permission shows:

Cause

The necessary setting to enable Pixel Perfect Talent Card has not been enabled in Provisioning (backend).

Resolution

Contact an Implementation Partner and ask them to enable the option in Provisioning as seen below:

After enabling the 'BI Publisher Scorecard' option you will be able to see Pixel Perfect Talent Card permissions in RBP:
