How to know which objects are supported by Document Generation feature?

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Centre -> Document Generation - Manage Document Template Mapping
  2. Select the template
  3. Click on the drop down for Base Object
  4. All the available Base Objects can be used for Direct Mapping or Rule Mapping. If a Base Object is not available here, it is not possible to map fields from this object.
