2460265 - 'Icontent service is down' error when launching content

When trying to launch content, the follwing error is received: 'We are sorry, the iContent entitlement service is down, please refresh this page to try again'

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

This error can be caused by an incorrect launch URL. If a company has had their URL changed recently, check the launch path for the course (when launched) and verify that the URL is the new URL and not the previous URL.

Please create an support case with the CS team as they will have to check the configuration internally with the LMS Operations team.
