2460449 - Migration failed in RUN-OFFLINE-MIGRATION

Symptom

Running SUM, you stop in the following error in Run Offline Migration Step:

Checking file MTI_WSSEC_MIGRATION_MIGRATE_DEFAULT_DATA_05.LOG you find the following entry:
