2460614 - Failed message from Goods and Service Confirmation in Intercompany process

The message from Goods and Service Confirmation to Service Service Confirmation is failed.

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders
2. Select Purchase Orders
3. Search for the Purchase Order XXX
4. Open the Purchase Order XXX
5. Select View All
6. Choose Document Flow
7. See the Process Communication Error in the Goods and Service Confirmation YYY:

The following errors have been addressed to your service provider:

- Goods And Service Confirmation 25 cannot create a Service Confirmation

Once your service provider has solved the errors and restarts the processes automatically.

You cannot use spare parts in intercompany process. If you add spare parts to the selling side for Service Order, this should not be sent to the buyer side.

The system is working as designed.
