2460696 - Error "Error posting Incident!" when creating a new incident using My Incidents App or Create Incident App

• In the Fiori Launchpad, App 'My Incidents' or 'Create Incident', click on 'Send' , you get error message "Error Posting Incident!"
• When logged on in English the incidents are created without problem, but when logged on in another language you get the error "Error Posting Incident!" when submitting incidents.
