A Purchase Order is created from a Shopping Cart, it is ordered, and later edited in a change version. If we are opening the PO from advanced search the system shows the latest version of PO (that is, the change version e.g. Awaiting Approval), if browsing the same PO from the Shopping Cart's related document tab, it is showing the active version of PO (e.g. Ordered).
