2461099 - First day of week in F4 help for fields of type Date: Sunday required instead of Monday

Symptom

You use the value help (F4 help) for date fields in SAP Gui or in Webdynpro ABAP. The first day of the week in the displayed calendar when pressing F4, is Monday per default.

Environment

Webdynpro ABAP applications and SAP Gui transactions. For travel management in particular PR05, PR04, TRIP, PR02, FITE_EXPENSES, FITE_REQUEST, FITE_EXPRESS_EXPENSES .

In general however this is relevant for all fields of type 'D', which derive the F4 help directly from the data dictionary attributes throughout the entire system.
