2461261 - Error "Could not open app. Try again later." when navigating from Days Payable Outstanding Fiori app

Symptom

When trying to use "Display Supplier", "Change Supplier", or "Block Supplier" navigation menu selections from the Days Payable Outstanding Fiori app, you receive the error:

Could not open app. Try again later.
```

In the browser console log you see the error:

Error (404, Not Found) in OData response for GET "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/INTEROP/SystemAliases(id='HANA')?$format=json": HTTP request failed

Details: No service found for namespace , name , version 0000.
