2461604 - Exclude specific spools from RSPO1041 spool deletion job

The RSPO1041 standard spool clean-up job should be running in your system as described in note 130978:

1. 130978 - RSPO1041 - Replacement for RSPO0041
2. 41547 - How does report RSPO0041 work?

Depending on your variant settings, this job will be set up to delete all spools older than 10 days for example.  However, you wish to keep some spools, perhaps that have been created by a specific user or the spool retention should be different for a particular printer, for example.
