2461664 - 'Cancel' and 'Save and Close' Buttons Are Missing from Performance Forms

When opening a Performance Form, the Cancel and Save and Close buttons are not present.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Performance form
2. Scroll to the bottom and notice the Cancel and Save and Close buttons are not present

• Form is in the En Route folder
• The "Version 10 UI switch" is not enabled in Provisioning
• HTML configuration in the Form Template XML

Form is in the En Route folder

• Route the form to the user's Inbox and the buttons will appear

The "Version 10 UI switch" is not enabled in Provisioning

• Please create a ticket with Product Support to enable the Version 10 UI switch in Provisioning
