2461691 - Transactions failing with ORA-01403

Symptom

When calling transactions like SE38, SE37 or SA38 and entering a program name fails with a short dump indicating the oracle error code ORA-01403. The dump is as follow:

Short Text
SQL error "SQL code: 0" occurred while accessing table "<View name>".
What happened?
Database error text: "SQL message: ORA-01403: no data found"    

So far, the following DDL Views are observed as the mentioned behavior:

  • SFUNC_FB_VIEW;
  • SEDT_PROG_VIEW.
