Symptom

Variable Pay provides the option to Split the history records based on the start and end dates of the PM Forms.

Resolution

First, you need to enable the setting "Allow splitting of Employee History Records by PM Dates for EC Integration" from Provisioning.

Please ask your Implementation partner or support to enable this feature for you if required.

Next, if the template is Assignment Rating based (ABR), we will see an additional functionality which we can enable in "Employee Central Integration Settings".

When we define this setting to Yes, during the EC History Processor the system will find the linked PM form and will split the history records based on the PM form start and end dates.

This functionality is going to split records based on the existing start and end dates of the PM forms defined in set bonus calculation, but if there are actual records already the system will still consider them.
