2461918 - Gender Field on the Candidate Profile - Recruiting Management

Is it possible to have more values appearing for the gender field on the candidate profile when applying for jobs?

When using the field ID "gender," it is not possible to add a third option. This derived standard field appears as a radio button and will display the values 'No Selection', 'Male', and 'Female'.

Important note: Do not configure the gender ID in the Candidate Profile as a picklist; instead, configure the field in the Application to avoid potential application errors.
