Is it possible to have more values appear for the gender field when applying for jobs?

Don’t configure the gender ID in the Candidate Profile; configure the field in the Application instead.

When using the standard field ID "gender" it is not possible to add a third option. The field will appear as a radio button and will show the values 'No Selection', 'Male', and 'Female'.

An enhancement request will need to be submitted to change this functionality.
