2461928 - DA SHOW REPORT as no output - log message: row keys are not sorted correctly - SRS

Symptom

  • show report <job name> <history id> did not generate a report, here is the output:
     
    REPORT TYPE SERVER PATH
    ----------- -----------------
    (0 rows affected)

  • Job name and History ID are valid.
     
  • DA server log reported the following error:

    •  COMPARE CompareRetryTask.sourceKeySortError@1215 CHECK_ALL/XXX_dbaDBRecoveryLog: The row keys are not sorted correctly.
