2461967 - Introscope EM (Enterprise manager) is offline in the Infrastructure Preparation - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

1. In SOLMAN_SETUP > Infrastructure Preparation, the Introscope Enterprise Manager is reported as offline:
   
   
   
2. In the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log, the following warning is found:
   
   [WARN] [main] [Manager] The JVM in use is not a supported version! It is recommended that you to upgrade the JRE to version 1.x.x
   
   
3. As a side effect, the Introscope Host Adapter activity fails with the error message:
   com.sap.sup.admin.wily.jdbc.ConfigurationException: Cannot get list of all agents
   at com.sap.sup.admin.wily.jdbc.ServerNameMappingStrategy.getAgentsByLogicalHost(ServerNameMappingStrategy.java:77)
