Symptom

During the upgrade of a NetWeaver system to version 7.5, the following error occurs:

SAPup broke during phase UVERS_UP_S in module MAIN_NEWBAS / Downtime II: Conversion, Main Import, XPRAs
Error Message: RFC error system ECP nr 14 function 'SUBST_HANDLE_UVERS' failed with code 3 key DBSQL_NO_MORE_CONNECTION: No resources available for further secondary database connections.
