2462007 - IDocs are not deleted by archived delete job in production mode

Symptom

During IDoc archiving, perform write and delete jobs in t-code SARA, both jobs in production mode, but after IDoc delete job ARV_IDOC_DELxxxxxxxx, the IDocs are still in system.
