2462026 - UWL task launches application with extra HTTP in the URL

Symptom

You click in the link within a UWL task, and get a browser error as the page cannot be displayed. If using Internet Explorer, the following will show up:

It's a This page can't be displayed message together with Make sure the web address http://http is correct, indicating that there is something wrong with the construction of the URL.

If accessing on Chrome, something similar to below will appear instead:
