SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Enabling SAP Fiori Panel Interface

1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors HXM
2. Navigate to Onboarding
3. Click the sub-menu dropdown > Settings
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Features tab
5. Find the feature "Panel UI Refresh"
6. Select Panel UI Refresh
   
   
   
   
7. Click the Activate button to enable the SAP Fiori interface
   
   
   
   
8. A message (The Panel UI Refresh feature has been activated successfully.) will show, notifying the feature is successfully activated
   
    

Additional Information

• The new UI is visible only after logging off and logging back into application after having activated the PanelUI Refresh feature
• It is possible to switch back to the old UI by deactivating the Panel UI Refresh feature
• All the panels in each step will have the updated user interface after enabling, this also includes the following:

• Standard Panels
• Custom Created Panels
