  • Using the same EIN number for Multiple MOU's.

Cause

  • Non- issue if meets the statement from DHS under resolution.

Resolution

  1. Answer from DHS: Yes, companies are allowed to have more than one MOU per EIN. For example, a company can enroll verification / hiring site A (California location) in E-Verify. Once enrolled, that location will receive an MOU and a distinct company id number. It can also enroll verification / hiring site B (New York location) in E-Verify. This site will also receive a MOU and a distinct company id number.

site A - company id Number 1234567, MOU specific to that location

site B - company id Number 1234568, MOU specific to that location

Verification locations are locations where registered users create verification cases.

Hiring sites are locations where your company's employees are hired
