2462104 - Call Back Date filter for Customer/Account Search Works Only in this Format: YYYY*MM*DD

When trying to search a Customer/Account by Call Back Date filed in the filter, search does not show any results.

1. Go to Account Management Work center
2. Select the Accounts view
3. Try to find a Customer / Account by Call Back Date in the filter

You cannot search in the filter with the format DD*MM*YYYY , DD.MM.YYYY, MM*DD*YYYY, MM.DD.YYYY, YYYY.MM.DD.

 

Currenly only search option in the filter which work work is: YYYY*MM*DD

It will be enhanced in one of the future releases.
